The Operator Program.

Two weeks, live, hands-on. We build the entire automated dispute engine with you on the call — then I review your actual packets myself. You are buying compression and correction: the build done right the first time, and someone who already paid for the expensive mistakes watching your work.

2 weeks live 4 calls · 90 min each · recorded 15–25 operators per cohort 90 days alumni access after

Is this the Kit or the Cohort?

Two different products. Most people only need the first one.

Commercial Kit

$797

The engine plus the legal and business layer. Everything is in your hands — you run the build yourself, at your own pace, reading the blueprint. If you are comfortable working through technical documentation alone, buy this one and stop here.

The Operator Program

$1,997

Everything in the Kit, plus two weeks of live group build sessions where the system gets stood up with you on the call, your packets personally reviewed, and 90 days in the alumni community afterward.

The two weeks, call by call

Four live sessions on Zoom, 90 minutes each, two per week. All recorded.

Week 1
Call 1

Foundation, and building the spine

Live build of Prompts 1–3: the funnel and intake site with the signature pad, the Cloudflare Worker and R2 capture across all three prefixes, and the resolver layer that means nothing in your system ever hardcodes a path.

Taught alongside: the five laws the whole engine rests on. Each one of them is a bill somebody has already paid.

Homework: intake tested from a phone including a HEIC photo; the puller runs twice and finds nothing new on the second pass; the resolver finds every tool.
Week 1
Call 2

Legal lock, then finish the build

First half is compliance and it is not skippable: CROA payment timing, required disclosures, what must be in your contract, cancellation rights, and the state registration and surety-bond triggers. You book your attorney consult on this call.

Second half is the live build of Prompts 4–9 — daily automation, mailing, receipts and profiles; the truth layer; and the guard layer of preflight, version checks, golden tests and the decisions ledger.

Homework: preflight passes; break the version deliberately and confirm it gets caught; run the defect sweep on a report you have already read by hand, and bring what it found that you missed.
Week 2
Call 1

Engine drills, and the client conversation

Live packet builds against real anonymised reports. How to read a defect scan — which findings are worth pleading, which are noise, and which accounts to protect. This is the judgement half: the tool enumerates, you decide.

The keep-exclusion rule and why deleting a performing account is a self-inflicted wound. Then the client conversation — what you can and cannot promise under CROA, pricing that respects payment timing, and how to answer "how long will this take".

Homework: one complete packet built end to end on a practice file — signed, page count verified, signature placement visually checked on a rendered page.
Week 2
Call 2

Packet review, scaling, graduation

I review your packet personally, live on the call. You submit it anonymised 48 hours beforehand. We go through the common failure modes across the whole cohort's work — this is usually the most uncomfortable and most valuable 90 minutes of the two weeks.

Then your 90-day operating plan: first channel, first clients, what to automate next. And graduation into the alumni community.

After the two weeks

The client work actually happens here, not during the live window.

What this costs you in time

Straight talk — read this before you buy

Two things do not fit inside a two-week clock, and I would rather say so here than have you find out on Call 4.

Your attorney consult happens after the cohort ends. Attorney availability is not inside my control. You book it during Week 1 Call 2; it lands later. That is expected and it is not a delay.

You will not have signed a client by graduation, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Whether and when you sign depends on your market, your outreach and your follow-through — not on my calendar. What you will have at graduation is a working system, a reviewed packet, and a 90-day plan. The alumni period is where the first client usually happens.

This program teaches you to run disputes for other people. That makes you a credit repair organisation under federal law, with real obligations — payment timing, disclosures, contract terms, cancellation rights, and in some states registration and a surety bond. We cover all of it, and you still need your own attorney. Nothing here is legal advice.

The Lifestyle is an education and membership company. Nothing on this page is legal, financial, or credit-repair advice. No income, approval, or client outcome is promised or implied. Results depend entirely on the work you do and the market you operate in. The Lifestyle — A SCANT LLC company · thelifestyle.world

Questions people actually ask

What is the refund policy?
Full refund within 48 hours of kickoff. After Call 2 it is non-refundable, because by that point the entire build has been delivered live and you have it.
I already bought the $797 Commercial Kit. Do I pay full price?
No — email info@thelifestyle.world before you enroll and we will credit what you already paid against your seat.
Do I need to be technical?
You need to be comfortable following instructions carefully and running commands you are given. You do not need to be a developer. The whole point of building it live together is that the parts people get stuck on happen on the call, with me watching.
What if I miss a call?
Every call is recorded and posted. But this is a live build program — if you know in advance you will miss two of the four, take the next cohort.
When does the next cohort start?
Cohorts run monthly. Your start date and the call schedule are sent by email as soon as you enroll.
Can I run this for clients in my state?
Almost certainly, with the right registration and in some states a surety bond. We cover exactly what triggers those requirements on Week 1 Call 2 — and you still need your own attorney to sign off. That is not a formality.
